That Latte Place

Went for breakfast at That Latte Place this morning with the family. We wazed our way there and the place was located near Great Eastern Mall, inside Yayasan Seni. We reached at about 9.40 and it was already full house.

The counter

The kids were so cute, climbing the tree and playing around

After 15 minutes, we got a table! Head over to the counter to order and pay and you'll get a pot of flower as your table number

Hearty Breakfast
chicken sausages, hash brown, scrambled eggs with mushroom, tomatoes, baked potatoes and baked beans

House Egg Ben
Poached Eggs with signature Hollandaise sauce served with sautéed mushroom, chicken ham on homemade toast & baked potatoes and salad

Love the Egg Ben! The sauce was good and the eggs were cooked perfectly, neither under- or overcooked

We also ordered the pancakes which came later

Fluffy pancakes served with fruits, butter and maple syrup

Also, we ordered a cup of latte which came quite late. The taste was not too bad.

Ordered Jasmine tea as well

There were many families queueing up for a table so we left after finishing our food.

Would definitely come back for the Eggs Ben but i think I'll visit on a weekday instead to avoid the queue. Details for That Latte Place:

Picked up this pretty flower on the way back! Have a great week ahead

Cheers!

140214 ♡

14 February - Valentine's Day and also Chap Goh Mei (CNY Day 15th) which falls on the same day this year. Being single on this day, I went out for lunch in the afternoon with the girlfriends, Rylin and Summer. Ended up choosing Bangsar as our hang out that afternoon.

We went to Yeast Boulangerie and we ended up sitting at the open kitchen because it was full house and many tables were reserved. It was really hot at the open kitchen seats although it's really cool to see the chefs at work. Luckily we were given a table at the corner after 15 minutes.

The menu printed on brown paper.

Le Paris Province
The Classic Ham, Butter and Gruyere Cheese on Baguette Served with French Fries & Green Salad

I had this for lunch. It tasted quite good except the bread was a bit too hard.

Rylin had Eggs Ben and Summer had Oeufs Mollets Florentine.

After that we went for shopping in BV and headed for coffee at Nowhereman Coffee. It took us pretty long to find it. It's opposite Alexis and above Live It Up, where you'll see this -

I heard the cafe will shift after 6 months which will be April so we decided to go for a visit before it disappears, lol. The place is really small with three tables and a sofa. The other side is a pop-up store by fashion designers Joe Chia and Justin Chew.

Mushroom stools! (Pic taken from Google)

We ordered a black coffee, flat white and nutella cake.

Saw this pretty scooter when we came down.

We were super full after the coffee and cakes! Then we decided to buy some macarons from Les Deux Garcons

Look at their french desserts!

Rose and Coffee Hazelnut macarons for me

Lastly, a picture of us! Hopefully we'll have more hangouts together :)

Cheers!
