A little of this and that

Just a short mini picture post to keep my blog alive. I won't be doing any long blog post until after my exams.

Mini I: Leo Club x Plasticman Project

Our Plasticmans

Although we were trading eco bags for plastic bags for free, there were still some people who did not want it and just IGNORED US  ._.  But I personally think that this is a good eco project that can create an awareness to the public that we should reduce the use of plastic bags. Look at the amount of plastic bags that were collected in 5 hours. So to all shopaholics, reduce the use of plastic bags by using eco bags :)

Girl Power, lol

Mini II: Korean food

Went to Taman Desa's Seoul Korea for foodie. Really like the ddeokbokki there. The food is good and served at a reasonable price.

The variety of side dishes that we couldn't finish. But Celes and I finished the anchovies one so we only refilled that one.

Yummylicious Ddeokbokki/ Toppoki

The whole time we were there, Jon was guessing whether the boss was a Korean or not. We wanted to ask him also but no one dared, haha

After lunch, we went to Free Mori Bakery and I got myself this Music Box. Taste good and it's not too sweet and it looks pretty too.

Here's the address for Seoul Korea :

RESTAURANT SEOUL KOREA
No. 1-1 (1st), Plaza Danau 2,
Jalan 4/109F, Taman Danau Desa,
58100 Kuala Lumpur.
03 7982 4607, 017 688 1491

Mini III: Hello Kitty x McDonalds Toy Plushie

So Mcdonalds collaborated with Hello Kitty and came out with these 4 toy plushie. I'm sure all the hello kitty lovers will collect these right. One toy per week, so my sis, bro and I took turns to eat McD for four weeks straight for these.

From left: Hamburglar | Grimace | Birdie | Ronald Mcdonald

These 2 are my favourite :)

Mini IV : Childhood?

It was Mother's Day this month right? So here's a picture of Fat me and Mummy.

And there was a sudden hashtag hit on twitter and Instagram - #whatpubertydidtome. So I decided to join the fun and posted this also. A fat me when I was young, hahaha

That's all the mini updates for this post. Maybe I'll do more of this little mini blog post when I have the time. But for now, back to books and papers.

2 papers down, 10 more to go

 Fighting!

Collection de Badges ♥

So I've been collecting metal pin badges from everywhere (not really la). So I'm going to share a few of the metal pins. Most of them are bought and some are gifts from friends and relatives. So this will be more of a picture post :)

From Universal Studios Singapore

Bought this from USS in 2011. I bought this because it has my surname on it so it's quite special. There's a lot of other surnames there. And I think it's quite different from other badges. Hopefully they're still selling this there.

Huge Watch pin from USS

This badge is really big and it looks a bit like the Toys Story clock. The RED circle can also be turned. But some of them were not very perfect, so we took quite long to look for a pretty one.

Got this badge for free!

New Year Pin 2011

New Year pin 2012 from Hard Rock, Singapore

M.I.C.K.E.Y pin from HK

Classic Mickey Pin from Disneyland
These 2 Mickey pins were bought from Hong Kong Disneyland. Wish I could go Hong Kong also..

PRINCESS pin from Japan Disneyland
This was from de bestie, Callie. She bought this from Tokyo Disneyland. Very nice and shiny pin, and its PINK! She knows me best :)

Hello Kitty Pin from USJ
This was from Universal Studios Japan, regret not buying the Elmo ones.

Hello Kitty x Hard Rock pin

I didn't know that my uncle managed to buy this pin because it was a limited edition badge so I thought like chance of him buying it will be like quite low but I still sent a picture of the badge for him. Then,
Tadaaaaa, he bought it from Osaka Hard Rock in 2011. I went to Japan in 2010 but didn't have a chance to go to Hard Rock Cafe which was near to USJ.

Hello Kitty & Eiffel Tower badge

This badge is from Callie. It was a collaboration of Hello Kitty and some company, I forgot. So back to the point, i got this for my birthday.

Olympic London Bus pin 2012

Asked Callie to help me buy this pin when she was still in London. The Olympics was held this year so I thought I should buy something from London to commemorate it just like the pins I got from Beijing during their Olympics in 2008.

 pins from Beijing

Hard Rock Cafe pin from Bangkok

Hard Rock Breast Cancer pin 2007

Hard Rock Breast Cancer pin 2010

Hard Rock Breast Cancer pin 2011

Hard Rock Breast Cancer pin 2012

These are the breast cancer pin that I've got. These pins are pretty, pink and special. Also, these pins are limited edition and a part of the contribution will be donated to fight against Breast Cancer.

Valentine's Day Hard Rock pin from KL

These are a few of my favourites. There are still more, but I'm too lazy to find them and take pictures of them, another post maybe. Nevertheless, I'll still be collecting them. About Hard Rock pins, there are some nice ones in the one in Kuala Lumpur as well. If you don't know where it is, it's located in Concorde Hotel.

This was taken earlier this year but all these are collectibles, not for sale.

So this December is the month that 12.12.12 happens and it will not happen until the next century i guess.

Le sister and me. The backdrop is the street of  Takeshitadori in KLCC's Isetan. Next blog post will be about Colmar Tropicale and Japanese Village in Bukit Tinggi.

Cheers :D
