Last Sunday, my family and I went to try out a new Thai restaurant in Fahrenheit 88 called Bangkok Bistro Beat. It's a Thai restaurant that serves authentic Thai soup, salads and other specialities. The menu is specially adapted for Malaysians because the delicacies do not contain pork or lard.
So we tried out their set meal which was affordable. We ordered the Tom Yum Seafood set and Green Curry. For the Tom Yum set, it consist of tom yum seafood soup, seafood Pad Thai and a signature drink.
There is a wide range of food, snacks, drinks and desserts to choose from.
Tom Yum soup |
Seafood Pad Thai |
This pad thai looks a bit redder than the ones I ate in Bangkok. Nevertheless, it was quite a dish. My parents thought that it was a little too sweet. Maybe they ate the part with more sugar.
This is the Green Curry set. It consists of spicy green curry served with Thai Fish Cake and Prawn Paste Cake and white rice. The green curry was spicy and delicious. I am the type that loves spicy food so I really liked the soup and curry.
Strawberry and Lychee Ice blend |
Lychee Mojito Ice blend with Lemongrass |
These are the two signature drinks that we ordered. They tasted really good. Looks really special and they're non alcoholic.
The interior looks really nice with all these pictures about Bangkok.
The sis and I took picture with this.

Both of us fell in love with Bangkok again, lol.
Didn't manage to take many pictures because we sat at a place with poor lighting -.-
For the Fahrenheit 88 branch, it's on the second floor next to Sushi Zanmai. There is another branch in Empire Shopping Gallery. For more information about this restaurant, visit their homepage
